The 125th Street Collection is named for the iconic street that Samuelsson’s award-winning restaurant, Red Rooster Harlem, calls home. The collection includes three different mid-cut designs available in waxed canvas, black patent leather, and a scuff resistant black synthetic upper. Each of the shoes gives an insider’s nod to the professional kitchen with a molded, diamond plate toe-cap inspired by industrial steel grating. Additionally, one of the Chef’s shoes in the 125th Street Collection features a waxed canvas design that showcases the famous wallpaper that adorns Red Rooster Harlem’s walls and is a page from Samuelsson’s grandmother’s handwritten recipe book.
